We’re making a commercial and need your help! If you’d like to be featured in the commercial, which will be posted on our website and YouTube channel, for thousands of people to see, read on.

To star in the commercial, you must be at least 10 years old and be a current or former Utah Orthodontic Care patient. Whether you wear braces or have already had them removed, we want to see your smile!

How to Enter

If you’re interested, post a headshot showing off your best smile on our Facebook page. You may post up to two different photos.

If you don’t have a Facebook page, but would like to enter, please email your headshots to larissa@marketingorange.com.

The deadline for submission is Monday, Feb. 18, 2013.

Selection Process

We will email the winners no later than Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013. To participate, you’ll need to sign a talent release. Winners under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their release.

To be in the commercial, you must be available for filming on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013 anytime between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Filming will take place at our West Jordan office at 1231 West 9000 S., Suite D.
